The role: The Internal Desk Sales Person will be given full product and on the job training, if necessary. Responsibilities will include working as a ‘buddy’ to the area sales manager(s) and working as part of our internal sales team in a sales ‘Pod’ and will be ultimately be responsible for selling both sawn timber and machined timber products to agreed sales targets.
As an Internal Desk Sales Person your responsibilities will also include:
Managing existing accounts.
Being both reactive and proactive in your sales role.
Developing new business.
For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Proven sales experience in sawn timber products.
Relationship builder, tenacious and self-driven.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience including benefits package.
