White Beech Bowl Blank
Our 47mm x 250mm diameter European Beech bowl blanks are produced from the finest prime quality hardwood timber. They are ideal for beginner and experiences wood turners alike.
European Beech (Fagus sylvatica) is a temperate hardwood that is creamy white to light brown in colour with dark brown flecks. European Beech turns pink-red with steaming. It is a straight grained and has a fine, even texture; it stains, dyes and finishes well.
Kiln-dried to have an average moisture content of 8 – 10%.
